They say thunder only happens when it’s raining, and if this week's inclement weather has been any indication, it’s going to be a thunderous weekend.

Thankfully, Vandella's Night of 1,001 Stevies is back for its third year to add little a Fleetwood to your Mac. This go-around, all proceeds from this Friday’s Cafe Du Nord show benefit ACCESS: Women's Health Justice, an Oakland-based nonprofit focusing on reproductive health and abortion access, particularly for low-income and minority communities throughout California.

"The Night of 1,001 Stevies aims to actively-embrace and harness the powers of music, feminine energy, and activism; themes that are embodied in the music and life of Stevie Nicks," says Vandella's Tracey Holland. Expect performances by Vandella, as well as local musicians Lalin St. Juste of The Seshen, Alycia Lang, Elizabeth Lubin, Zeborah, and other special guests.
