John Maus seemed to hold nothing back during his show at Great American Music Hall. From the moment he hit the stage, he set about with his characteristic moves — constant pacing, fist-pumping, headbanging, and primal screaming — and kept it going for the entire set. It was an incredibly entertaining performance that felt as if one was witnessing a true cathartic release onstage.
