Angel Olsen is touring throughout North America with her six-piece band in support of her latest album. Out now on Jagjaguwar, My Woman has remained one of my favorite releases of 2016. She will headline two nights at The Fillmore with support from Chris Cohen on February 15 and 16.

Following 2014's Burn Your Fire For No Witness, Angel Olsen has crafted yet another masterpiece of American songwriting. With her singular voice up front more than ever on My Woman standouts like "Intern" and "Shut Up Kiss Me," Angel Olsen continues to impress with her exhaustive vocal range and heartfelt lyrics. Watch the video for the album's epic centerpiece "Sister" below.

In the "Sister" video, Olsen forgoes the iconic silver wig that she wore in her self-directed videos for "Intern" and "Shut Up Kiss Me" (below). In a recent conversation with The Creative Independent "on controlling your image," she describes her vision for the pair of videos as well as the process of maintaining creative control over her art.

Chris Cohen is touring in support of his latest album As If Apart, out now on Captured Tracks. Chris Cohen will join Angel Olsen for the remainder of her North American tour.
