This Friday, December 16, singer-songwriter Clarence Greenwood, better known as Citizen Cope, will perform a solo acoustic show at The Fillmore in San Francisco.

The stop is one of only a handful of dates of pre-Christmas solo performances as Greenwood makes his way down the coast. The solo dates begin on Wednesday in Seattle. He has a show Thursday in Portland and following Friday’s Fillmore appearance, he ends in Napa on Saturday.

On December 28, he is joined again by his full band for stops in San Diego, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and in Long Beach for an outdoor event on New Year’s Eve.

The West Coast run comes after Greenwood spends the first two weeks of December in the studio recording for a 2017 release, his first since 2012’s One Lovely Day. Most recently, he appeared on G. Love & Special Sauce’s 2015 disc Love Saves The Day.
