Absent from the road since playing SXSW in April, Los Angeles rock quartet The Jealous Sound have announced a nice-sized, cross-country fall tour with Queens, NY's Daytrader beginning in mid-September. San Francisco gets the second stop, when both bands roll into town on September 14th at Bottom of The Hill. Local sextet Taxes will open.

Back in January, The Jealous Sound released their second full length, A Gentle Reminder, marking their first new material in nearly four years (2008's Got Friends EP preceded it), while Daytrader's second album, Twelve Years, was released in May on Rise Records. Listen to a track from each below and grab your tickets here.
