Hello friends,

This week, we’re pleased to post our second PiFcast, our special series of episodes made in collaboration with Playing in Fog. This week, we headed over to the Inner Sunset to meet up with Playing in Fog’s Deb Zeller and our featured band Love is Chemicals, an indie-pop-rock band from San Francisco. Nate, Courtney, Nick and Steve told us about how they came together as a band, the making of their self-titled record, and some oppressive strobe-lighting they encountered on the road. Deb also offered some helpful advice about how to develop a tour as a band in the Bay Area. In addition to the chatting, you’ll also hear three songs from Love is Chemicals and a brand-new unreleased song from the band!

Pick up a copy of Love is Chemicals directly from the Near Earth Objects label or on iTunes!

Love is Chemicals is headlining the next Playing in Fog Presents show.  We’re going to be there and you should be too:

Thursday August 31st
The Make-Out Room
9pm, with our old friends Peloton and Dora Flood.

And remember to head back to the Make-Out Room on Wednesday, September 6th for our benefit show for Playing in Fog. More information about that show here and more news about the online auction coming soon!

Thanks for listening!
